If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! Please note the following exceptions to our refund and exchange policy:

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND

  • To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To be eligible, if you’re not completely satisfied with the purchased product.
  • To be eligible, the item must be faulty or damaged due to our error.
  • We do not accept refunds if you change your mind.
  • Sale items are not eligible for refunds. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
  • If an item is discounted, it cannot be refunded.

ADDITIONAL NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

  • Gift cards
  • Any item not in its original condition that’s damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is purchased more than 30 days after delivery.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges for an item with a different size and color for custom-designed artwork products. We have one for every custom design artwork apparel listed in our store located in the product description section.

Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at [email protected] within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item. We’ll send you a new one or issue a refund via store credit!

If you believe you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

PLEASE DO NOT MAIL THE ITEM TO OUR PHYSICAL ADDRESS, JUST KEEP IT UNTIL IT’S DONE PROCESSING WITH US BEFORE YOU CAN THROW IT AWAY.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds are only in-store credit.
  • Refunds are processed within (15) business days.
  • You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS

Holistic Wellness Journey reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of products
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
